Is Blue Water Kitchens & More a one-stop-shop for all kitchen remodeling needs?

Yes! Blue Water Kitchens & More has an attached wood/fabrication shop for our fabrication needs along with an in-house cabinetry installation team. For the projects that require outsource help, we can still be that one-stop-shop that you are looking for. With our detailed labor breakdown sheets we will touch base on every aspect of your project and show you any third parties that we would bring in to help with your project from start to finish. Outside help may consists of Electricians, Flooring Experts, Lighting options, Plumbing needs, along with painting and decorating. After ordering we will give you a schedule breakdown of your entire projects with dates of who, and when will be on site doing which portion of your project.

Our shop can help you with as much, or as little as your willing to offer!

Can I choose which designer gets assigned to my project?

Of course! Working with a small family owned shop like ours you have full control on your pick of designer. This designer is with you throughout the entire project from start to finish. If your designer is not in the building during a question we have a dedicated support staff that should be able to help!

Do Floors come before or after a cabinetry remodel?

This answer really depends on your flooring! We always recommend discussing with your flooring provider if it's out of our office. Typically, if you have a "floating floor" such as luxury vinyl planks, you would install your new floor after the cabinetry is installed. If you have a "glue down" hardwood floor we would recommend that flooring to be installed first, covered properly, and we would install cabinets on top of this new flooring.

What is the typical lead time for a kitchen remodel?

The biggest factor in determining a lead time for your cabinet remodel is the cabinet brand you choose. With the multiple brand options we have available in our showroom each one has a different lead time of cabinetry. Typical lead time is roughly 4-8 weeks to receive specialty ordered cabinetry. After cabinets are received we schedule start date & typically complete old Kitchen tear out, and new cabinetry installation within a week or 3-5 days. The countertop process starts after cabinetry is installed. After countertop template, we usually install new countertops after 14-18 business days after countertop template.
